The three-day live or online Certified Outsourcing Professional® (COP) Master Class along with the one-day Governance Workshop, will prepare the professionals in your organization to identify and assess the implications of applicable business regulations and statutes, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, HIPAA, privacy and other country specific laws. Those individuals successfully completing the courses will be able to identify and assess the requirements of various operations standards and certifications such as CMM, eSCM, Six-Sigma (black belt), TPA, NASD and ABA compliance requirements.
